Help with heated seats

Hi all. Another failed day at trying to get my new seats heated. The are the attached photos the connectors for the heating elements / car. Also. Couldn't find the switch wires anywhere anyone got a phot of what I'm looking for 98 1.9. fyi these are facelift seats in a pre facelift so I'm expecting to do some soldering. Thanks all.
